MARIANELA HOLLY | Colombia (Miami)
Marianela’s upbringing was amidst walls that were decorated with
copies of Renaissance Period paintings. They awakened a curiosity, and
she was very much intrigued by its perplexities. ¨Nela,¨ is the result of
Marianela’s search to combine traditional art with contemporary
graphics. After working as an artist for over 20 years and falling in love
with Pop Art, she decided to bring back those masterpieces with a
modern edge.
She deeply believes that art is directly associated with the visual
communication. Her art holds unexpected and intricate messages. Color
impressions, great textures, and acrylic paint blend together to create
dynamic pieces. She has created a series of contemporary artwork and
photography, which convey the way she perceives art, and the world.
COCO ALARCON | Peru

In addition, he’s always been interested in social phenomena, leading
him to pursue a degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University.
After moving to South Beach in mid 2015, Aquiles began to explore art

MARCO BERIA | Venezuela (Miami)
As a visual artist, I have been ideologically influenced primarily by the
Dada movement from which I have gained a subtle surrealistic vision.
This is particularly apparent in my still life panel paintings, where
insects, animals and body parts are depicted in a bizarre and eclectic
way, and later in a painting entitled “Spinning Granny”. These works seek
to explore themes of nature and metamorphosis while utilizing repetition
and movement to create an unreal or sometimes humorous effect.
Presenting works with an abstract and organic
approach, while retaining the use of a strong, vibrant
palette and clean brushwork

María Antonia Abad Fernández (10 March 1928 – 8 April 2013) known professionally as Sara Montiel, was
widely considered one of Spain's greatest female film stars of the 20th century: but it is perhaps more for what
she managed, with huge skill, to come to symbolize than for her artistic output that she will be remembered
long-term.
It is true that she was the first Spanish actress to conquer Hollywood in the 1950s, acting alongside Burt
Lancaster and Gary Cooper – and her beauty helped her gain a trail of lovers and husbands that ranged from
Hemingway (who taught her to smoke cigars) to the film director Anthony Mann.
She worked in Europe, Latin America and United States. Her films The Last Torch Song and The Violet Seller
netted the highest gross revenues ever recorded for films made in the Spanish-speaking movie industry
during the 1950s/60s. Montiel's film Variety was banned in Beijing in 1973. She played the role of Antonia, the
niece of Don Quixote, in the 1947 Spanish film version of Cervantes's great novel.
She was portrayed in the Pedro Almodóvar film Bad Education by a male actor in drag (Gael García Bernal) as
the cross-dressing character Zahara, and a film clip from one of her movies was used, as well.
Sus películas The Last torch Song y The
